That's what happens when designers insist on using all caps for their button labels. All caps goes against best inclusive design practices, but a lot of developers just won't listen or stop doing it. The all caps confuses screen readers since they can't make the contextual distinction between if the text is an acronym/initialism/abbreviation or just a word. I push back hard on all caps design whenever I come across it for this exact reason.

Use another app like dystopia or bacon reader. I suppose apollo works but I like the former two personally use both dystopia is my very favorite I use it and no reddit issues or weird issues.
