I just want to tell you for a wonderful place called $1 forum. Questions about audio games and more are posted here every day! The vast majority of developers keep in touch with customers through this forum. There is even an off-topic room where you can post anything from independence tips to scientific articles about spacecraft and nuclear reactors. Although some will say you'll find drama there, the information is largely incorrect. Due to the fact that they are posted daily, such events also occur, but they are rare and can be recognized quickly, so you can ignore them from the beginning. Over 99% of those who have an account will not encourage such content. I consider that the $1 forum is a mandatory resource for any audiogamer!

Go to the new releases, and go to almost any game there except the super popular ones anybody’s either criticizing the developers, or screaming clone at everything without proof of any kind.

Or go to the off topic section and you'll most likely see either a very uneducated political discussion taking place or a massive post because some guy thought it was a fucking airport and announced he was leaving the forum.

That guy was me but I left cause of the bullshit that goes on there, the fact the pm system is shit, the fact the site is out of date, the fact the databass has tuns of games apart from the links that don’t work, the reason seams to be, we can’t remove them that would make the site smaller. I read the site but am glad I can’t get into my profile.

That forum has imploded years ago and now mostly consists of a bunch of kids shouting and pointing fingers at one another accusing each other of stolen content. Not to mention half the games there are unfinished. You'd honestly be better going to applevis.com or choiceofgames.com, or even just going to audiogames.net, hitting see for the combobox of games and scrolling through to find a game of your choosing. Theres pretty detailed descriptions of most games so thats pretty much all you need. I'd avoid that forum at all costs lol.

From a user of more than a decade (I'm Defender there) I'd say it's more like a few hundred games rather than thousands, with some of those games either not being primarily audio based but still accessible, and a significant portion no longer available/no longer very accessible.
And rather than 99% of people not causing drama, I'd call it more like 75% but of course that also depends on your definition of drama.
That said, I still feel it's a great resource and a decent place to talk, plus we don't have any alternative English communities specifically about audio games that can match it in terms of traffic right now.
