audio description track for Star trek discovery season 3 is not on stereo - netflix (self.Blind)

I already contacted Netflix regarding this, and they ask me to report this as content or playback issue. I wonder if how long it will take for them to fix this and I wonder if this is also the same on other streaming services. I really wanted to watch star trek discovery season 3.

I just checked it myself. At least the first episode is mono. Have you checked the whole season? Also, do you know, if the 5.1-version is mono as well?

at least on Netflix, the whole season is on mono. i haven't checked CBS

I’d rather have a track in mono than no track at all, which is what we got in the US as far as I am aware.

In the US, you can access audio description through CBS All Access.

Oh? That's news to me. Any idea when that was added? I used to give them crap for not making it available, but guess I can't do that now.

CBS All Access has had audio description for years, but it often doesn't work correctly.
