Being an outgoing gregarious, person helps.
Be sociable and find common interests or ask them about themselves. People always like talking about number 1. Me myself and I so talk about them. Make some jokes like even word play.
I also found modeling to be good watch how others interact and copy or copy in your own way.
Also have self esteem.
