How do I know if my Braille display and screen reader supports UEB English?

Yes all screenreaders should support UEB unless you’re using an ancient thing.

All Screen Readers support UEB, unless you’re using something *super* obscure. All your Braille Display does is display the cells the Screen Reader passes it, so it should always support UEB.

Check the list of braille tables of whatever SR you are using, UEB will almost certainly be there. As for internal applications on a braille display, I'm pretty sure most recent braille displays have that covered, as well.
