Hardware Braille support on android is pretty terrible. Very basic key commands, and it was very unstable when I used it. There’s a software braille keyboard built into talkback, but I have very little experience with it.

I already responded to a similar question last month so I'll just $1 but the TLDR is that it's still pretty bad.
