Are hands free bathrooms difficult to maneuver?(self.Blind)

With the advent of sensor driven bathroom equipment does it make it more difficult for you to know how and where to place your hands to activate the faucet, the soap dispenser, and the towel dispenser?

No. I can still feel where everything is, or find it with the handle of my cane. We do the waving our hands under the sensor thing like everyone else until it works.

Doesn’t that take away the sanitary benefit of hands free facets? What if they beeped to indicate hands free would that work?

The beep wouldn’t work because bathrooms also echo so that could get complicated. Also that wouldn’t help the blind-deaf community. What sanitary benefit do hands free bathrooms really have? At some point most bathrooms have a pull handle to get out the door which has been touched by countless people who haven’t washed their hands. If I’m that concerned about it I’ll just use personal hand sanitizer when I get out of there.

No works fine for me. You memorize this stuff or most of it is very common sense common location wave it under it etc... works fine.
