Hello,
I’m Anne from asobu, a community that helps indie game developers in Japan.

We just released the second installment of our talks series « asobu talks » on Youtube.
The speaker is Fai, a Japanese gamer who is born blind.
He’s explaining how he’s playing games, does a short demo (Smash Bros and Gunvolt) and speak about what would help in term of accessibility, especially since there’s no accessibility laws for video games in Japan yet.
The original talk was in Japanese, but we wanted to make an English voice-over version, that could be enjoyed by many people with visual impairments as well.
Talk (47 min): https://youtu.be/v\_G6H8YUN9o
We also released a short interview where Fai explains why it was important for him to do this talk, and about being able to enjoy any kind of entertainment such as games, even if you have impairments.
Short interview (7min30): https://youtu.be/uUUOBUdOBbk
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask!
I hope you’ll like it !
(Sorry for my weird English, I’m not a native speaker)
