I really appreciate all the work being done for our community but I wonder if there’s a better way to manage the research requests. Maybe they need to submit their request and then all requests are put into a single post, like a weekly digest or something. I want there to be innovation and support from this community but I’m left feeling like a guinea pig seeing these so often. That’s my 2 cents.

I mean to be fair this is a paid one from a group with a pretty good track record, but I totally get where you're coming from.


I noticed that r/deaf does the group thread thing and it seems to work quite well. I just would worry that responses to the interview requests would clutter it up and it'd be hard to actually find the requests them selves.

I won't be participating, but as a VI person I can tell you that my biggest complaints are package instructions in tiny or low contrast type.

Hi there, I am totally blind age 29 and consider myself an amateur cook. I would say I have around ten recipes I know and have learned, and a good number of transferrable skills, although i stay away from stove top cooking when possible.
