Zoom & MS Teams advice please (self.Blind)

Okay, today was rather full on. A 3 hour MS Teams employability workshop delivering CV building, job application advice and interviewing skills, followed by inhaling my lunch prior to jumping onto a Zoom conference to do a mock interview for an hour, then arranging another workshop with the BBC for April.
Breakout rooms, anyone? JAWS seems to be impossible to create breakout rooms on Teams, certainly beforehand and the organiser is the only person who can designate. So my breakout room tasks had to be altered to a main group event as I couldn’t pre-determine the rooms and there was no way I could do it whilst presenting.
Any and all help appreciated.

Zoom is by far the most accessible of the two, and has the best support for jobs compared to Teams when it comes to features

Zoom just seems to have a far nicer,slick interface, Teams only recently added the breakout rooms. Our organisation has 365 and Teams is part of that, so they preffer we use it rather than Zoom, as we only have 1 licence for Zoom.
