so I can't move my eyes at all, never have, never will.. born like this and it doesn't bother me anymore, being visually impaired doesn't bother me anymore, haven't for a long time.
I'm very sarcastic, that's how I deal with a lot of everyday bull shit, however the one thing that is simultaneously annoying and funny is this; me, a being fueled by sarcasm can't fucking roll her eyes!
I mean that's perfect irony, at least from my perspective.

My best friend and I are like this.
She'll absolutely rip the piss out of me with blind jokes, and I'll make amputee jokes.
She once threatened to post one of her prosthetic legs to me so I could kick my own ass, since she couldn't do it in person because of the UK lockdown. lol

I do the same thing with a friend of mine in a wheelchair! We used to absolutely horrify our high school classmates and teachers with the way we would go at each other; it was pretty great :)

I have occasionally taken on padawan learners who have recently lost sight and trained them in the ways of the force. My criteria for them graduating is when they're joining in this sort of thing. Safe spaces my ass.

Haha I have a good friend who is also an amputee. He drives me around a lot to appointments or to just get drinks. We joke around a lot. I usually tell him I’m gonna sweep that prosthetic from right under him when he messes with me.

My wife is fully blind, and also has Nystagmus, and whenever I made a perfectly reasonable and well timed pun, she says "I'm rolling my eyes at you. On purpose!"

That sucks! I have strabismus and both of my eyes are misaligned, people have no idea what I'm looking at, it's not fun.

it would suck more if it was something that happened later in life but since I'm born with it, it is just life, it's normal for me so it's fine.
