Has anyone experienced sleep aralysis? (self.Blind)

Just curious what the experience would be like for someone who can't see

I assume you mean paralysis?

I still have most of my sight but the times where it happened, I never saw anything, just a deep feeling of dread about something in the room, something in the dark, or the corner, out of my sight but very much in my mind.

One time it was holding down my ankles another standing behind me shaking me.

but I would assume that for someone with no sight it would be very similar, just feeding on the primal sense of fear and discomfort. for a lot of people it feels like something is sitting on your chest, you don't need sight to have that sensation

I saw something one time. It wasn’t some dark figure in the corner though. In fact, I still don’t know if I actually saw a spirit or if I was just hallucinating.

Used to have sleep paralysis almost every night in my late teens and early twenties, but never actually saw, heard, or felt anything extraordinary other than being unable to move, which in itself is already scary enough. These experiences stopped after I was told that I could experience astral projection from that state, which I never managed to have, but the attempts somehow coincided with the end of those phenomena in my life for at least the last 17 years.

I'm totally blind now, but wasn't back when it happened.
