Lichess by default has several blind-accessible methods to play chess. I am not sure how easy they are for NVDA or JAWS to get to, I'll have to ask my wife to see if she can turn them on.
But a quick walkthrough: You'll need to navigate to "Sounds" and select the option "Speech", this will speak the moves as they happen, as well as the entire move order if you scroll back to look through all the moves.
Next, you'll need to navigate to "Preferences", and from there "Game Behavior", and finally from there you select the option "Input Moves with the Keyboard", which allows you to type moves instead of dragging the pieces with the mouse!

Why do you need more than one? What are you looking for in an app? Also a note, playing the robot isn't as helpful as practical and useful as playing against people

One of the game apps I like called QuentinC's playroom, www.qcsalon.net has chess as one of its like around 30 games.
