Optic Nerve Hypoplasia (self.Blind)
submitted by Terrible-Guide3722
So I've got ONH in my left eye. I've got 10% vision though. I've got a turn in the left eye and when I went to see about strabismus surgery, I was told that it would be pointless because I have barely any vision so it's just going to drift away again. So is there any sort of treatment for ONH? Anything to give me a bit more vision, so I could then have the surgery?

There is currently no treatment for ONH.

The article I linked mentioned occlussion, but you definitely should talk to your eye doctor about it.

I have the same thing. I'm limited to light. No one has ever mentioned fixing it.
