If I currently use Android and was to become blind and need to use a braille display in the future would I have to buy and use an iPhone since it has the better braille display support, and Android braille display support isn't usable?

If I currently use Android and become blind and need to use a Braille display could I just switch to iPhone since Android doesn’t have usable Braille display support and unless this happens can I just continue using Android devices?
