You've asked 2 questions about Android and Braille displays on this sub in the last few days already and the answers are broadly that iOS is better.
I don't think there's a great deal of support for Braille display users on Android here, although presumably someone must.
I must respectfully disagree with the person who said "you don't need a display with your phone". If you are hearing as well as visually impaired then of course you do, and even if you aren't but are just a good Braillist, why limit yourself to just speech if you have the equipment? So whilst very few people actually "need" it, as in can't use their device without, for those of us who do use Braille regularly it's a bit like saying get buy to a sighted person without the screen. Sure, they could use text to speech all the time, but why should they?
To answer another question someone raised, Braille display support on iPadOS is identical to that on iOS. The only reason I would ever encourage someone to use an iPad over an iPhone and braille or speech was if they had enough sight to take advantage of the screen. As a rule, the totally blind prefer the smaller screens of phones to iPads, and you can do a lot more with a phone anyway, in terms of cameras, GPS and so on.
