Best landline phone for completely blind person (self.Blind)

Hi!
My grandma is completely blind, unfortunately her old phone which did a great job stopped working recently and the 'upgrade' was significantly worse.
Fundamentally, id like to know what the best landline phone is for those that are completely blind.
The ideal situation would be a phone that can save 20 names, calls them upon being requested to and doesn't require a mobile phone (cell phone) line.
