Ticking sound when recording using android. (self.Blind)

I have a friend who uses android. I’m not sure they have the latest version but now that Samsung, I think it is, has stopped voice assistant, he has to use Talkback.
Whenever he records using WhatsApp, there is a ticking noise, is there any way of turning it off that doesn’t affect the rest of the sounds?

I turned all talkback sounds off for this very reason.. I guess he could possibly use headphones if he wants too.

The headphones will stop the sound so you don’t hear it but he still will.
