I'm looking for a gift for my blind friend (self.Blind)

Hello people of the internet!
I'm hoping this doesn't break the rules but I really want to get a gift for my friend and I can't find anything that seems perfect.
She's 61, been blind for 12 years, and is a spiritualist. She has has a Disney faced chonker of a cat who sounds like a lawn mower when he snores! She's not in a very good place, and I've only known her for a few months but yet she's so awesome.
I want to get her something that will just add to her day. I've looked on Amazon and Etsy, but it's obsessed by things that only the sighted will appreciate. Any other suggestions online have been technology and equipment which I think she already has.
If anyone has some ideas, I'd love to hear them. I only get to see her once a week at the moment (I work for her, which is how we met) and I want her to have something to have her know she's not out of sight or mind when I'm not there.

I read in another thread from here she likes music if you have a big enough budget maybe buy her a record player and if she already has one maybe buy her new vynels from genres she likes

https://adaptations.org/collections has gifts that are great for people who are visually impaired. Some items are tools, such as canes BUT they have large print and Braille board games, greeting cards, playing cards, etc.

Please do not take this the wrong way, but wouldn’t it be smarter to ask her instead? Ask her what kind of tools or utilities would make things easier for her, or more convenient. Ask her what her interests and likes are. It would be a lot more meaningful for you to get to know her and what she likes and what she would like instead of asking random people what to get her. Just saying.

I hear that. I want it to be a surprise. I'd be getting flowers if she liked them. My problems would be solved! She's depressed so her likes at the moment are pretty limited. She got given a piano, which she loves, but she still struggles to play a few keys.

Other than her cat and spiritualism what else does she enjoy? Does she use braille? Does she enjoy cooking? Audio books, meal kits, are the first things to come to mind

She likes music. One of her sons and dil got her a piano. I'm not sure what type of books she's into yet.
I think she goes for sandwiches and ready meals, so a cook book isn't good sadly.

the meal kits might give her the confidence to cook as it's all prepped and the amounts are done exactly. A dab radio? Or there are online live concerts with lockdown, andre riou is famous for them, sometimes beamed into cinemas, that might be a nice thing to look forward to after lockdown
