This might be interesting for web developers looking to make their content more accessible. You can get automatic hints on issues like missing alt-text.

At the same time, out might be handy for VI devs, so we don't have to jump back and forth between the editor and the problems pane. I'm going to try it out myself.

I've been using Error Lens and I'm really happy with it. Using lots of magnification, it saves me having to move away from the voice I'm working on and back again.

I haven't tried it with a screen reader (haven't needed one lately), but I imagine it could get a little distracting. Still worth trying, I'd say.
