Hi, I am visually impaired. I still have some useful vision (Stargardts). I use NVDA and Windows Magnifier to use computers. I am in the first week of training for a tech support job and am encountering a problem with their video meeting platform, GoTo Meeting. I need to be able to view a customer's shared screen and help them troubleshoot issues with the companyy I work for's software running on the client's computer. Screen readers are not able to pick up text from screen shares and I will most likely not be able to read the client's screen fast enough druing a support call in order to provide adequite support.

The main question I have is if there is any work-arounds for this issue such as use of other software to be able to hopefully use a screen reader on a screen share or other solutions people know of to be able to do IT tech support with client's during video meetings. Or, is there other devices that could help, i.e, screens, some type of OCR, tablets? I use my work laptop connected to a 32 inch monitor. One issue is that the screen share window get distorted as I zoom in with Windows Magnifier. If I could get a clearer picture of the screen share, that would help a lot.

I'd like to be able to keep this job and appreciate any advice or insight anyone has regarding this issue. Let me know if any clarification is needed as well. Thank you.
