Hi,
my mum and aunt both used a victor reader stream, and both have had the battery expand on them, I'm just wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue with this machine. Thanks for any information

The battery is something you need to change after time. Purchase a new battery and they'll be set.

Sounds like you got defective batteries. I would contact human wear
