I use Android and Windows, currently I use the Chrome's built in password Manager, is there a more accessible solution?

I use it as well. In the past i have used it with JAWS, NVDA, and voiceOver. I have used it with Mac, iPhone, and Windows, and I have used it with multiple browsers. It’s the best of the password managers I have used.

I'm using last pass ATM, but seriously considering switching to 1 password. On IPhone the lastpass app is a solid A Minus for accessibility, while the website is a C plus from my point of view and the browser extension is a B Minus.

Keychain for IOS/OSX is also another good option if you aren't looking to sync to a Windows or Android device.
