How do you move to another city? (self.Blind)

Wondering how people have been able to move across the country independently. I’m going to grad school in the fall, but am also wanting to know in the longer term how people do this? Do you hire movers? Do you have a friend or partner that helps you?

Do you just mean physically get your belongings some where new, or do you mean source job, accommodation and settle into the new town?

Getting there, yep proffesional movers unless you have pals who would love to hire a van and do the drive. Could be fun. I would think the packing and unpacking would be more of a concern especially in a new building . Your inventory and box labelling would have to be pretty good so you can find everything
