I'm pretty new to Twitter and I want to ask you guys, what is the best way to use it on PC, I'm almost totally blind, I can see only light and colors if this information helps you.

the vast majority of screen-reader users on windows I think rely on a client.

I used to use Jaws on Windows for Twitter and it was working well. Now i use Mac and voiceover is useful as well
