Help with Zello (self.Blind)

Wondering if anyone here uses Zello and can help.
I reinstalled it on my iPhone and pc after 3 years. Voiceover reads it but when I go to add channel I only have search by channel name but can’t search by topic.
But on pc it comes up with topics but I press enter and space but it won’t search please help the version years ago let me search properly
