podcast and possible twitch stream advice needed. (self.Blind)

Hi everyone I hope you're doing well and staying safe. I'm thinking of recording a podcast series and possibly streaming to twitch. For this I will need to record my USB microphone and audio from VLC media player at the same time as well as possibly streaming video of myself to twitch. What would be the most accessible way of doing this? I Already have audio hijack pro.

OBS can do all that without any other apps. I wouldn't recommend StreamLabs OBS just because there are too many things to click, and classic OBS is just menus, hotkeys, and everything can be done without a mouse. I hate taking my hands off the keyboard. Can stream directly to whatever you want, with easy audio inputs from your apps.

Wicked where would I get classic OBS from? And can it run on Catalina? Thanks for your help mate :-)

Took me a minute. I only know Catalina as a salad dressing! But yes, OBS is fine on PC/Mac. Free. AFAIK. https://obsproject.com/
