We asked how to help - we now need participants in regards to Accessibility for digital games (self.Blind)

Hello again!

Do you consider yourself a gamer?

Have you experienced not being able to distinguish elements in a game, such as objects that could be interacted with or objects that should be collected? We are trying to solve that issue by using high contrast elements instead of colors and texture that easily blend together.

We are a group of students working with accessibility in digital games. We made a high contrast mode for a digital game and are looking for participants to try out a simple game where this high contrast mode can be switched on and off.

If you want to and have the time we would like an interview with you after you’ve played the game to hear your feedback. The interview shouldn’t last longer than 20 minutes.

We are testing throughout this and the next week.

Your participation is very much appreciated and thank you in advance.

Feel free to write in this thread if you want to participate or contact us through this email:$1

Best regards,

Emil, Daniel, Kristinn & Daniel from Aalborg University in Copenhagen

Edit: some vision is required

So just to clarify, this isn't for totally blind people.
