Hello there, I too am totally blind. I use the following resources to help me find games that I can try to play. The first one is

https://www.applevis.com/
And the second is

https://audiogames.net/
There are also mini blind and low vision gamers on YouTube as well as Twitch.
I hope this helps you.
I hope you have a great day.
Stay safe
:-)

I think you would like a game called "A Blind Legend", it's an audio-only adventure game where you use directional sound! It's a lot of fun.

Audio Wizards, Blind Drive, and to a lesser extent A Blind Legend, Feer, and Lost Frequencies might be the highest production quality audio games for Iphone right now.

That said, Choice of Games, Delight Games, A Dark Room and The Ensign, King of Dragon Pass, Timecrest, Path of Adventure, Evelin's Farm, Crafting Kingdom, and Gameworld are also great options, though a mix of text and audio or text only rather than audio first like the first few.

What sort of games are you interested in? There is a somewhat decent variety.

Just because I designed some music for it and voice acted the main villain, I’m going to shamelessly plug audio wizards. It doesn’t last very long unless you do the endless mode, what does not too bad while it lasts. And lots of the blind community design some actually really amazing music for it. It’s worth playing just for that reason alone.

well I will definitely give it a try and I want to thank you for helping make more blind accessible games because I’m sure you know just as I do that there aren’t many of those

When i had an iPhone i loved the game"Flip it!" I can't remember the developer it was old game but much fun. Great thing all was spoken out to you, tutorial too. It was gesture and movement reflex speed training game for everyone with local rankings. With every level there were new gesture added, time was shorter (you could tell you're having too few time because music speed up and phone vibrated lightly, voice reminded you to hurry up!) and sequence was always random when you started new game. There was local multiplayer up to 4 people. Gestures were all phone could detect: swiping in all directions, shaking a, turning, flipping, covering up screen, tapping screen required times... I think since Apple decided to change developing language of the platform and all old not updated apps and games stopped working it's gone forever like many great ones. Idk i couldn't find it later :(

I liked old version of TapTap Revenge 3 with 3 button setup, after training i kind of could hit the music bubbles i held fingers on the edge and middle one was exactly where Home button was. Music i knew and liked was easier new ones needed training, newer versions uh i didn't liked the interface and music choice.

Here is one more resource for you. This is not specifically for iPhone games but for more main stream Consol and PC games.
