Do German accented letters like ä and ß show up when using UEB on a Braille display?(self.Blind)

they should. The ä certainly works with NVDA for me on Windows but the ß doesn't seem to be mapped.
An umlaut is indicated in UEB by dots 45+25. SO ä = ⠘⠒⠁.

Yes most characters will have a representation in braille. Yes, even the wierd ones.
