Feedback for Concept of Audio and Haptic Feature for digital maps (self.Blind)

Hello,
iam a student of computer science and take part in a course for user experience and accessibility features. We have to work on an accessability feature for our exam. This doesnt have to work, but it has to be a thought out prototype.
My idea was to use the haptic feedback and speaker of an PS5 controller, to let visually impaired people "experience" a virtual 2D map.
I hope i can find some people here who could help me get an perspective on the matter that i dont have.
