The only thing I can currently think of that can be played with screen 0l readers are text based games. I know of one that is still active and it's called Utopia. When you join and create your character you automatically, or maybe manually, get sent into a random kingdom. It's player versus player. Think clash of clans but text-based. The perfect feature of this game, for me at least, is that the server gets wiped after 3 months and then a new round begins and everyone starts from square One. This means that there is a definite winning Kingdom at the end of the round, and it eliminates the giant gap between veteran players and new players. You can join once around has started but if you would rather wait until a new round is just starting, then you could sign up and wait for the next round to start. The website will always let you know when the next round starts. If you or anyone else reading this don't know what clash of clans is then just know that this text-based game is a strategy game, Kingdom manager. You acquire land little by little, you build up your troops you keep expanding, you attack enemies when the leader of your kingdom tells you to attack a certain Kingdom. Teamwork is very important, and you will find a lot of kingdoms that communicate with each other within the in-game forum that is provided. Below I'm going to paste the description of the game as it appears on the main page of their website. Just trying to make it easier for everyone here.
"Strategy
Build, explore and research to increase your power. Then use armies, thieves and powerful magic to combat your opponents and bring them to their knees.
Teamwork
In Utopia a good team is stronger than the sum of its parts. Complement the skills of your team mates to maximize your kingdom's glory.
Free and in your browser
Utopia is free to play, no downloads are required and you don't need to be online all the time to succeed."

PS if you or anyone else reading this has a bit of usable site, then I suggest you check out blight of the immortals. It's a multiplayer co-op strategy game that plays like a board game. The game has a single player mode and a multiplayer co-op mode. It's fantasy themed but there is a zombie invasion that you have to defeat. The zombies are cards that are controlled by the AI. They always move towards the closest settlement that still has living residence in it. You and the other players need to stop them before they kill off all of the residents. The more lives you save the higher the score will be at the end. This game is not overly active, but still active enough to be able to play it with others. The community is friendly. Some players don't talk at all, but some do and are very helpful. There is a discord server for this game as well.
It is played with cards but the cards are large and easy to read. You can zoom in to the game by a lot and that's not counting the magnifier you could use with your phone or computer. This is one that I play occasionally still on my computer throughout the year. Screen readers will not work on this one. This game has a web browser version, a steam client version, and an Android app version. I think it might have an IOS app but I'm not sure. Below I will paste the link to this other game.
