I just realized Costa Rica has Braille on the new bank notes (self.Blind)

I found it mildly interesting that such a small country could be at the forefront of obvious. How is this not the case with more first world countries?

Here in Canada we have a Braille system for our bills, it's probably the same one.
5 = 1 cell; 10 = 2 cells; 20 = 3 cells; 50 = 4 cells; 100 = 2 far apart cells

I find it in most countries that use plastic bills.
