Without being blind now for over 29 years I could see perfectly up until 1997 and it gets better from here don’t think even into the world and if anything is a new beginning I am why sometimes roses curveball but that curveball still be head of pork just know that I am visually impaired it’s not the end of the world it can be a new beginning

Pretty rude to come onto a subreddit of people who are blind and say that you’re so upset that you’re becoming like them that you’d rather kill yourself.
I don’t want to overly minimize what you’re going through, and obviously it’s going to be a big adjustment, but this subreddit is full of examples of people who have gone blind at some point in their lives, figured it out, and are living fulfilling lives. Ask for advice about coping instead of asking about this.

I wouldn't say rude, I'd say desperate. I'd rather someone asked if they need the support. Let's not criticise people who are clearly in a bad place.
Gumi the situation you are in is not great and a lot of people here understand that. I went from having normal sight to nothing in a day and I know how you feel.
All I will say is that it's never going to be a situation I love but it is amazing how okay it becomes after a while. Mainly it's due to your having to learn how to deal with it, which is a job you don't want to do (it's a job I don't want to do) but it's so worthwhile.
You do need to find someone you can work with to figure that stuff out and it is amazingly hard work but I promise it is possible. I don't live every day in a state of horrible frustration and unhappiness and neither do you have to.
