If they have some vision, I know I really enjoy those velvet posters that you can color in as you can feel the velvet outline.

Braille uno can help learn numbers and letters in Braille in a slightly more entertaining way, plus not as pricey as other Braille games

Google search visually impaired games. There are more options than the out would expect.

Anything tactile; blocks, toys with different textures. Things that make noise or play sounds. Depending on vision, colorful toys. My VI was at birth, and the social worker assigned to my family encouraged my family to play as much like a "normal" child as possible. I'm not sure what VI/Blind services you have available but check with them about what they might suggest or have available. You have to be concerned about tripping or falling, so baby gates at the tops of stairs or other dangerous obstacles. Keeping low cabinet doors or drawers closed so they don't fall or hit their heads. Good luck!

At that age I loved Wikki Stix, the Lite-Brite toy (if he has light perception), textured matching games, 3D tic tac toe, rattle soccer balls, Rib-It balls, toy cars that made noise and had lights, Quick-Draw Paper (by APH), and sand and doughs
