My grandparents are blind and need help setting up their talking watch. (self.Blind)

I think the computer is broken because it's telling the wrong time despite the hands being in proper place. Is there a specialist who can fix this or do they just need another watch?

Does the watch have two recessed buttons on the side? Those are what controls the time for the speaking components. You use a pen tip to press them in. Depending on what model, one controls the hours and one controls the minutes.

The analogue talking watches I've seen actually aren't. that is, the hands and settings inside for the voice don't match up. So effectively you set the hands, then use controls on the watch itself to set the time.
