Help with Apple Podcasts App (self.Blind)

My phone recently updated, and using voice over, I can no longer find the delete option for podcasts in the generic apple app. I feel like they're always changing the functionality of this app with every single update, and it's super annoying.
Anyone have the most recent update and know how to be able to delete my podcasts without having to listen all the way to the end? Thanks for the help.

Swipe up/down with 1 finger and you get options like activate, details and delete.

Tap and hold on the podcast in your library, once the menu comes up tap on unfollow.
