This is a question best suited for your doctor, but you might need an antidepressant that's not an SSSRI, e.g. Wellbutrin, Cymbalta, Effexor... I'm not sure if those are safe, they're just not SSRIs - ask your doc. But yes, it's likely there are other treatment options.
