Thank you for your response. Do these blind spots go away or are they there forever ? Or all depends really on damage , etc ? Try to gauge what my future / outcome will look like. Thanks again.

The blind spots are not reverseable because of the damage. I get a yearly retinal scan and have my macular checked. This is a medical visit so use your health insurance not vision.

I do not, but my A1C recently spiked to 7.7 after being at pre-diabetic levels for over a decade. I've been researching a lot in the past few days.
