Just gonna say this. A lot of people are not comfortable with being dated just because of one specific physical feature they have. Especially when that feature is considered to be a disability. It is creepy. You say you're not doing it because blindness itself "turns you on" or whatever but it's still weird. There are people out there who specifically get turned on by disability and its weird as hrll and these people often pursue relationships aggressively and ignore lack of consent. You would be better off not looking only for blind women, but instead open up your expectations.

I am saying this as a sighted woman who is dating a blind guy. Don't look for a potential partner purely because of physical attributes. Join groups online or in person where people have similar interests to you. You never know who you might meet. They might be blind, they might be deaf, they might have no visible disabilities. But you might find someone else you meet has another interesting perspective on life you never even thought of. You'll never know unless you try!
