What is the best PDF reader for windows?

Why don’t you put it through something like Kurtzweil 1000 and then convert and read so you’ll be dealing with a .doc or a .brf or .Keys or something else.

Acrobat.

yup, I think screen readers render best in Adobe. I'd often rather not deal with PDF and, if I just need the plaintext, will use Calibre or Balabolka to get at the text. But when doing forms, or needing to jump to specific pages for referencing, Adobe works for me most of the time.

I use Adobe reader myself too, and it's fine.
