What's annoying is how certain things if people make fun of them, the media couldn't care less, but some other things it's the end of the world. lol.

What kind of low life's make fun of someone for being blind 🤬

I practically never get that sort of stuff but then I'm not putting it out there on twitch. Obviously people shouldn't do it but what're you gonna do, it's the internet. It is as the old man said a hive of scum and villainy.

The other thing that strikes me about this is that you mention stuff that happened when you were a kid. I'm not here to provide a two bit psychoanalysis, but I think things that happen to us when we're kids stick in our brains a lot more than the same thing would as an adult. I mean, I've only been blind in adulthood, but when people ask me how many fingers they're holding up I just laugh it off, it doesn't ruin my day. Obviously kids are much less able to shrug stuff off and I wonder if the memory of it is messing with you more than it really should. And again, people are going to pop at you on the internet more than they would in real life. Maybe it's a philosophy thing.

Fortunately, as a blind person, I have only had that experience as a youngster, stay strong, oh by the way are you totally blind?

I don't believe there will ever come a time when people are not idiotic and/or repugnant.

Unfortunately you will come across people like that but you can’t let it get you down. Are these people you see every day or just through your daily travels?
