How do you "visualize" things? (self.Blind)
submitted by ribblle
When you're reading reddit, how do you visualize concepts?

I don't. I've been blind since birth, so vision of any kind isn't in my toolbox. I think about idea's, and if you said "picture a spider," I'd picture the spiders I've touched.

I can't speak for other people, but in the technical sense of seeing things in the minds eye, rather than perceiving them in the minds eye, visualization is for people with vision.

Like in my head? Both as images and words depending on what it is.
