Check out the Korg B2. It’s around that price and quite good for the money if all you need is something to play or practice on. It’ got a few buttons and no screen.

Sadly that’s not a thing. Best you can do is get something without a screen and memorize the layout. Sighted people have, unsurprisingly, found ways to make music inaccessible to the blind.
