It doesn't relate to blindness, but blind people are sometimes not cis or not straight. Most groups on the internet are made with nondisabled people in mind and without accessibility in mind. As a blind trans person, I have a unique experience with my gender that many of them won't experience. People with disabilities deserve intersectional spaces that are at least aware of, and at most are accessible to, their needs.

All I want to do is to find a partner. I'm a V.I.P; and I can't focus on somebody's face, so my confidence is rock bottom. I've been single for over 12 years and am getting very ferstraighted with the whole dating stupid game. I've been on Match for a while, but nothing; not even a chance to go meet someone; what a rip off!

Would anyone have any ideas on what/where to go/do?

I’m going to make this point in a separate post as well but I thought I’d make it in a comment here also. I’ve come across a fair few blind people who identifies a sexual overall why do people think this is and do you think we have more people that identifies a sexual compare to other disability groups? This is a very interesting topic to me and I’d love to hear your answers. Thank you very much everyone.
