Reading subtitles on YouTube (self.Blind)
submitted by autistictechgirl1990
Hi what is the easiest way to read subtitles on YouTube app with voiceover or on desktop website with NVDA?
Voiceover reads bits but I have to keep trying to move my finger in a tiny bit of the screen which is difficult. With NVDA I can go full screen and OCR and it works a bit but I have to keep tabbing or arrow down then up is there a way to keep it focused so like if it’s in a foreign language it will just read the subtitles and refreshed itself thanks

There is an app called lion for NVDA, if you go to google and type in Lyon NVDA audio games you should find a post about it.

I tried it and it didn’t really work for me, but it worked for others.
