hi! i'm just wondering if i order a slimline white cane, will a golf grip replacement handle fit on it or are they foam handle only?

Foam only. The slimline is too narrow for the golf grip.

IIRC, The handle is usually molded on, but you can overwrap it with grip tape (like for tennis rackets).
