TalkBack or VoiceOver, whichever OS you use. Can’t tell you which Reddit clients are good for Android but I use Apollo on iOS and it’s paid, but works fantastic.

Why pay for Apollo? When dystopia is literally free the developer has put very well efforts, it's highly recommended for reddit

Haven’t considered Dystopia, but I already paid for Apollo so :P

Unfortunately it seems to be a common trap like people who don’t know about NVDA and pay for Jaws

Check it out it's designed by a blind developer and it's really really good

I love NVDA, and it is free. I haven't tried any others so I cannot compare though.

Have you tried inverting the colors on your phone (aka "Dark Mode")? Both iOS and Android have this as an accessibility option and it helps sometimes.

Do you have an Android or an iPhone?

They usually have screen readers built in. Have you tried TalkBack or VoiceOver?
