Can you recommend any workout videos that are very descriptive? (self.Blind)

I have only found in-person instruction with yoga teachers that offer correction to be properly descriptive. Love it btw.

Following. There are the blindAlive workouts which have pretty good audio descriptions, but they are a tad hard to find these days as that company, to my knowledge, no longer exists as of 2019 or so. Apart from that though ...it's really tough to describe exercises without any ambiguity in the short amount of time a workout video would need, and for a blind person in particular it's just as tough to figure out sometimes if you're doing it right.

If you have a chance at all to take a few lessons from, say, a personal trainer, a workout coach etc. I'd recommend it. If not, having someone to be your spotter who's familiar with the exercises is the next best thing.

Disclaimer: I am fully blind myself and pretty much in the same boat :)

You can check out the Aaptiv app. It’s an app that focuses on audio workouts that have real trainers who describe what you need to do. You do have to pay for a subscription but I think there might be a free trial :-) I have found success with them and have specific trainers that I like because of their descriptions

I appreciate the suggestion, thanks :) Any trainers you like in particular?
Another app is JumpyCat which essentially creates workouts using AI and tells you what to do with TTS. Problem is that descriptions, although verbose, aren't always enough to figure out what to do in the time you have. e.g. if the description for lizard planks is "start with a regular plank" and you don't know how to do that one, you are essentially already on the back foot :)

Leslie Sansone walk at home workouts on YouTube! They are pretty audio described and fun to do. Give it a shot and see how you go :)

I really like the "whiteboard workouts" on the Nike Training app. They’re audio only workouts and honestly pretty great.

Look for “Instructional” + whatever exercise you want to do. I seem to have the best luck if I stumble upon a users-guide video to XYZ
