A "Hackintosh" is basically MacOS, running on non-Apple hardware. In theory, it should be accessible. In practice, that's going to depend a lot on your equipment and configuration.

I see in your other post you mentioned you live in India.

Is the $680 American dollars, or another type of currency? I would assume that isn't rupees, because that wouldn't realistically be enough for a computer

What kind of requirements do you need for the computer?
